Event photography of Rory Stewart

Throughout the year I get to photograph a wide variety of different people from all walks of life. Most recently I was photographing a evening event in Central London that featured Rory Stewart who is a politician at the Conservative Party. During the evening I try to take images that can be used for online and printing uses so in some cases i try to have a bit of negative space so text can be added to the image. Other times I get wide shots taken on the 24mm end of my 24-70mm and then other times I would get tighter shots that show context with the audience and the evening venue.

He gave a very engaging talk for an hour and took time at the end to talk to the guests. This was taken with my Nikon D4s with a 70-200mm.
